This article explains the process for adding S202 reviews on HPA2.

How to add a S202 Review to a case
To add a new S202 Review:
- Click on "Add Group of tasks"
- Select "Section 202 Review" from the options
The S202 Reviews task will then appear at the top of the workflow. This task is repeatable, allowing multiple reviews to be conducted on a single case if needed.
Note: Things to note: The S202 Reviews task can be added by any HPA2 user that has the Add HPA Tasks permission. Like other tasks, it can be assigned to a specific officer.
Identifying cases under review
When a case has an open S202 Review:
- A new icon appears on the left-hand side on the list of cases.
- Within the case, the icon is displayed to the right of the client's name.
The case will also appear on the My Workloads widget.
How to amend the S202 Reviews task
Since S202 Reviews are now task-based, local Super Users can customise the questions and options in the task to align with their working practices.
Steps to Amend the Workflow:
- Navigate to Settings
- Click on Tasks
- Select Cases
- Locate "Section 202 Review" under Task Groups
- Click on S202 Reviews
Note: Questions with a padlock symbol cannot be edited. These are essential for task functionality or required for H-CLIC reporting.
