This article provides an explanation as to the various functions of screens visible as part of the Client Record within HPA2

TABLE OF CONTENTS

What is the Client Record comprised of?

The Client Record in HPA2 is comprised of:

  1. Client Details
  2. The Case
  3. The Plan
  4. The Journal
  5. Temporary Accommodation

The below screenshot shows each of these 5 areas. Each blue box can be clicked to access the relevant section of the Client Record.

The Client Details Page

The Client Details page is where you can find at-a-glance information relating to that client, including:

  1. Summary of certain information such as Main Applicant's Date of Birth, Application Summary of latest case
  2. Case History
  3. Tenancy History
  4. Tasks due within the case workflows
  5. Tasks due on Personal Housing Plans

The Case Page

The Case page is where you can access the workflows relating to the currently open case. If there is no case currently open, this button allows you to instead open a new one. The button itself explains the case type, reference and status of the currently open case.

It is within The Case Page that users complete the various tasks and questions required as part of the application. Further guidance on how to manage these tasks is available within this article

The Plan Page

The Plan page is where you can access, create and edit Personal Housing Plan templates - which are subsequently available to applicants via the Client Portal.

For further guidance on how to utilise the Plan features of HPA2, see this article.

The Journal Page

The Journal page is where you can view and create notes against clients. You can also attach documents to the journal as appropriate.

For further guidance on how to utilise the Journal features of HPA2, see this article.

The Tenancy Page (TBD)
