TABLE OF CONTENTS

Filtering the Dashboard

It is possible to apply a filter to the dashboard which determines what widgets and users appear on the dashboard. Follow the below steps to do this:

  1. Go to the dashboard
  2. Click the filter icon in the top left

  3. Select/De-Select any widgets and/or roles you would like to filter out of the dashboard view
  4. Click "Close"

Did you know: You can click the "Make this my default filter for this dashboard" checkbox to have the same filters apply when you next return to the dashboard.

Note: Roles only display as filterable on the HPA2 Dashboard if within the role configuration screen you have set "Show on HPA2 Dashboard" to yes.

In order to configure Roles, you will need the relevant permission. Find out more about configuring roles within this helpsite article.

Dashboard Widgets

Dashboard "Widgets" are containers for certain information. Below we explain and show each widget on the dashboard and what its purpose is.

This page can be organised by days, next step, homeless date, case type and case officer. To do this, click on the column heading as shown below

Active Cases

This screen shows the total number of active cases and it can be sorted by clicking on the column headings. You can sort by days, next step, homeless date, case type, officer

Unassigned Cases

This view shows the number of cases that are awaiting a case officer being assigned. The majority of these cases will be those that have been submitted using the online form

When the dashboard opens it will show a compacted view of cases. Click on the expand icon, as shown below, to view:

  • Active Cases
  • Overdue Relief Cases
  • Tasks (Overdue, Today, Next 7 days)

  • Inactive Cases (which are cases not in Triage/Relief/Prevention e.g. Final Duties)
  • Reviews

Task and PHP actions due/overdue

Clicking on any of case totals on the dashboard shows a summary of the case which includes the number of days a Task or PHP action is due/overdue by.

If the number of days against a case is:
- in Red then this means the Task or PHP action is overdue
- in Grey then this is the number of days until the Task or PHP action is due

Cases by Type

This allows users to view the cases by the stage they are in

Prevention & Relief Outcomes

This allows users to view a summary of the outcomes reached for both Prevention and Relief cases
