This article will show how to compare an application for rehousing after a change of circumstances has been completed.

Viewing submitted forms
Any application forms submitted or change of circumstances completed will show on the "Summary" tab of the customers application.
In this example you can see that the original application was completed on 20th Jan 2023 and then a change of circumstances was completed on 3rd July 2023.
To view the application, simply select the one you want to view. From here you can scroll through the application.
Comparing applications
To compare the forms:
- Select the form you wish to view.
- Select "Compare to previous form" at the top.
- You will then be able to see any details that have changed with the form.
Highlighted in red are the old form details and highlighted in green are the details of the application you are currently viewing.
