Choice Based Lettings (CBL) - Withdrawing or resetting a shortlist

Locata staff previously reset and closed shortlists. This functionality can now be completed by Local Authority officers who have been awarded the Manager Role permission.

Please contact your Local authority if the shortlist you are working requires resetting or withdrawing.
