Support Page Overview

This article will provide information for what can be viewed on the Support page of a clients record. 


The support page shows you details about the clients Waiting Lists, any Current Support and their Support History. There is information, links and several action buttons on the page which supports your management of the client. The action buttons are:

  • Being able to add a service to the clients record
  • Ability to assign the provider
  • Ability to add the client to a waiting list of a provider
  • Selecting start dates and end dates for assigned support 
  • Sending communications based on stage, for example if the applicant is on a waiting list you can send a communication at this stage to inform the client of this.


Did you know: If you hover over the action a tool tip will appear to clarify what the action does. 


On the support page you can view a clients support history which provides detail such as what block they were in and how long the support was provided for.
