Support Start and End Dates

This article shows how to add start and end dates as well as edit them using the date picker functionality.

When the current support area is populated you can set a start date for the support. Leave the end date blank.

When you click on an end date button a pop-up will appear with a date picker and additional information fields about why the support is ending.
