This article will walk you through how to add a client to HRS if you have provider access only.

Add a new client

To add a new client as a provider, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to ‘People’ in the left hand menu.
  2. On the right hand side of the screen press the green button with 3 white dots
  3. Press ‘Add new client’
  4. A pop up task box named ‘Add a new client’ will appear
  5. Complete the information and press ‘ Add client’
  6. The client will go into the lobby for the local authority to review.
