This article will walk you through how to add a client to HRS if you have provider access only.

Add a new client

To add a new client as a provider, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to "People" in the left hand menu.
  2. On the right hand side of the screen press the green button with 3 white dots.
  3. Press "Add new client".
  4. A pop up task box named "Add a new client" will appear.
  5. Complete the information and press "Add client".
  6. The client will go into the lobby for the local authority to review.
