This article aims to give you an understanding on how to move through a clients record on the HRS system through to final stages.

Marking Tasks and Questions as complete and incomplete
Clicking "Complete and Next" will mark the individual task as complete, given that all mandatory fields have been filled in. An indicator for completed tasks is the green tick that displays by the individual task in the workflow.
To mark a task as incomplete, simply click into the individual task within the workflow and select the rotating arrow icon as shown. The task will then become incomplete.
All actions will display with a green message prompt in the top right-hand corner to confirm what has happened.
Adding in additional people to the client case
Against the People task is the ability for officers to add in additional people to the client case record. By clicking the "+ Add person" green button you can then enter in the persons details such as name, DOB, gender, etc.
To remove a household member, simply click the "X" as highlighted below.
Note: Remember to click save!
When the final task has been completed and ticked, the application will be complete and active on the HRS system.
