Nominations Shortlists

This article will show you how to work through an advert set for Nominations on the Lettings module of LocataPro. This will start at the point of shortlisting, if you wish to create a nominations advert, please see the Adverts article.

Local Authorities : Nominating a Client

To send the Nominated clients to the landlord:

1. Select 'Shortlists' from the menu
2. Find the property you are looking to nominate by either searching at the top or by using the quick lists
3. Click nominate on clients you wish to forward to the landlord
4. Click the send nominations icon

Note: If the landlord rejects the nominations they should follow the below process for rejecting a nomination. The property will then come back to you as the nominating local authority to nominate again.

Landlord : Working the Nomination shortlist

Once the Nominating Local Authority has Nominated via the shortlist, work the shortlist by:

1. Select 'Shortlists' from the menu
2. Find the property you are looking to shortlist by either searching at the top or by using the quick lists
3. Work the shortlist, checking eligibility in line with legislation and your policy
4. To offer the Nomination, simply click the offer button

If you have worked through the nominated clients and none of them are suitable for the property:

1. Select 'Reject' on all nominated clients
2. Click the Request more nominations button/ icon
