This article explains how to create, edit and display THO campaigns on the member login page of your public website. You can choose whether your campaign appears scheme-wide or is targeted to specific partner(s).

Creating a New THO Campaign
This section helps you create a new THO campaign from the admin dashboard.
- Log into the Locata system and select THO from the left-hand sidebar.
- Click the green New Campaign button.
- Fill in the Description section with campaign details, then click Next.
Set to Live to display immediately, or Pending to save for later.
Use Sequence to control the order in which campaigns are shown.
Select the Partner(s) the campaign should display for, click Next.
You can choose individual partners or all partners within your scheme.
Note: Only users with the THO or THO Scheme Wide role can create campaigns. THO users can create campaigns for their own partner only, while THO Scheme Wide users can include multiple partners.
Targeting and Content Customisation
This section explains how to filter the audience and format your message.
- This will bring you to the Member Page Advert section.
- Add your text and/or image using the formatting toolbar.
Supports headings, bold, italic, lists, tables, and indents.
Use the Filter by Priority page to define which members will see the campaign.
Under Elements, select from "Client" or "Household Member" filters.
Use the search bar to quickly find specific questions or filters to apply.
Did you know? Using filters allows you to tailor your message to different types of members—for example, by age group, household type, or application status.
Managing Campaign Status and Edits
This section shows how to publish, update or edit campaigns.
- Set the Campaign Dates – use today's date to make it live immediately, or a future date for scheduled campaigns. Click Next.
- When satisfied with all elements, click Create Campaign.
If needed, click Back to edit your selections.
- Once created, you’ll be redirected to the main THO Campaigns page.
- To make changes later, click Edit next to your campaign, make the changes, and click Save.
Note: You can edit a live campaign at any time. The changes will be updated on the member site in real time.
When logged into the website, the campaign will appear in a banner across the top of the page.
