Managing Workflows - Permissions

This article explains which permissions you will need to grant in order to enable users to manage the workflows in LocataPro. All permissions can be granted from the user screen, accessible under settings.


TABLE OF CONTENTS


HPA2

  1. Click the HPA Permissions group
  2. Add "Manage HPA Tasks"
  3. Save



HRS

  1. Click the HRS Permissions Group
  2. Add "Manage HRS Tasks"
  3. Save



PSH

  1. Click the PSH Permissions group
  2. Add "Manage PSH Tasks"
  3. Save



Repeatable Tasks

Repeatable Tasks offer you the ability to create unique and powerful workflows, utilising tasks which can be completed multiple times. For example, you can utilise repeatable tasks to capture multiple tenancy inspections, schedule updating documentation, capturing a detailed and orderly address history or capturing multiple key contacts against the client record. To utilise this feature, users need a specific permission.

  1. Click the general permissions group, named "Permissions"
  2. Add "Set Task Types To Repeatable"
