Managing Folders

This article guides you in the management of folder structures for Communications templates.

Adding New Folders

You can add new folders to the communications structure using the following steps:

  1. Open an existing template
  2. Edit the template
  3. Click the folder icon
  4. Click the green plus against the folder you'd like to add a sub-folder to and name your new folder



Note: Click the green plus against the "All Templates" folder to add your new folder to the root of the folder structure.


Renaming Folders

You can easily rename folders by following the steps outlined below.

  1. Open an existing template
  2. Edit the template
  3. Click the folder icon
  4. Click the blue icon against the folder you'd like to rename and rename as appropriate



Deleting Folders

You can easily delete folders by following the steps outline below.

  1. Open an existing template
  2. Edit the template
  3. Click the folder icon
  4. Click the blue icon against the folder you'd like to delete then select the delete button
