Generating or Proofing Adverts

The Adverts link is used to proof the freesheet, i.e. your property magazine or your property list. 

Select the cycle you want to look at. 

Select either ‘Proof next freesheet’ or ‘generate latest freesheet’ and press ‘generate freesheet’. 

You can select whether to view just your own properties, or all of the properties which are ready to advertise. 

This takes a few moments, but you can then open a PDF document of either the properties that will be advertised in the next cycle (proof…) or the properties in the current cycle (generate…).

If you need to make changes to the property after proofing the advert, go to properties, then select ‘all my properties ready to advertise’, select the property, make the necessary changes using the property wizard and save the changes. 

You can then re-generate the freesheet to check the changes.
