Advert Mangement Process

Any property can be used to generate an advert, but only Ready to Advertise properties will go into the magazine.

The style and colour of your advert will depend upon your scheme’s design.

Properties that need to be advertised should be set to Ready to Advertise.

If you don’t have property data-loads or it is a property provided by another partner, a new property needs to be created using the property wizard.

The use of the property wizard is described in ‘Creating Adverts’.

Once your property is set as ‘ready to advertise’, it will then appear in the ‘all my properties ready to advertise’ report mentioned above.

It is important that, by your property deadline (a property deadline is a day and time given specifically set for when all the Ready to advertise properties must be on in order for them to go in the next freesheet) all the properties that you want advertising in the next bidding cycle are showing on this screen.

If the property is not listed as ready to advertise, it could be a Problem Advert, it will not appear in the next bidding cycle.

Please Note: Locata advertising systems all work in the same way, however the details are configurable to each scheme and their choices
