This article will give you an overview of what functionality is on the Dashboard HRS landing screen.
Once you have logged in you will see the Dashboard as shown below. The Dashboard screen offers an overview to the officer for the list of Providers and clients status's which are broken down into the following categories:
- Incomplete
- On Waiting List
- Assigned
- Receiving Support
You can see a list of the providers, their units and voids. If you click on the name of an individual provider it will take you to their record and if you click on the green plus button you can enter a new provider record. Clicking the green plus button on the clients table will allow you to add a new client directly into the HRS back-office system.
Note:
Incomplete - The Incomplete link contains the clients that the Local Authorities need to work on, which are the new clients that have come in via a HRS Referral Form and not yet been put on a waiting list, and clients that have ended their support.
On Waiting List - is where a client is on a Waiting List and waiting to be Assigned to a provider service.
Assigned - is where a client has been Assigned to a provider service and is waiting for the support to start.
Receiving Support - is where a client has started to receive the support from the provider.
