Review reasons are set up on your back office for members, your scheme will be configured to your policy and send you a task by email alert when a members review date is due.
On the Administration Tab, go to the Review Date field and fill in the date you want to be alerted to that review reason:
Below is an example list of the reasons for review that you will be able to choose in the dropdown field.
Please note: When an applicant is registered for review then the email will go to the partner who the Member is registered with unless otherwise specified.

• Pregnancy – to confirm additional bedroom after X months
• Pregnancy - check baby arrived
• Local connection Review
• Date applicant moved into district
• Date family moved into district *
• Homeless review date
• Emergency band cases – review after certain period of time
• Children reaching 7
• Children rising 18
• Bronze band Local connection
• Bronze band age of child
• Applicants over a certain age to check
• Case to be reassessed
• Online case proofs required
• Manual case proofs required
• Incomplete application (ability to flag at 28 days)
• ‘see journal’ review flag
• ASB Review
• Rent arrears review
These tasks are managed in the same way as general and verification tasks
