In the Locata system applicants are called members the system categorises its members as either Homeseekers or Transfers. Both types are listed in the back office and treated in exactly the same way by the system through the process.
Those wanting housing are called Homeseekers
Those already in housing and wanting Re-housing are called Transfers
Some properties may be let to Homeseekers, some to Transfers dependant on the agreements and policies set by the Council and their housing partners.
