Editing fields on reports

Can there be a way to move fields around when creating reports, so if you have made a report with a lot of questions and decide certain fields would be better placed further up or down the report you can just drag it to where you want it. 

Or if you have an old report and have new questions you want to include you could add it and then move them into a better position in the report not just at the end
