Some schemes will have a matching tab.
The matching tab contains key matching details as defined by the scheme policies.
The age band is calculated based on the age of the oldest household member.
The household type is based on the number and type of people in the household.
In some schemes we can override the bedroom need of the customer record.
In the case of West London we can use the Bedrooms Element and simply add the number of beds needed. This will be recorded in the history for future reference.
