The Matching screen contains information which is used to match people and Property (whether it is Homeseeker, transfer etc., cross borough, number of bed spaces,). Most of the fields on this page generate Icons in the advert, all of which will be present in the published advert.
Growth Site – defines if the property is from a specific council growth strategy.
Exclude From Cross Partner - if your scheme has a cross partner strategy then these fields are populated, it stops Locata picking this property as part of the random cross partner selection.
Reason Excluded From Cross Partner - if excluded put in a reason why.
Minimum Bedspaces - if set this will generate the corresponding bedspace icon in the advert together with maximum bedspaces.
Voluntary Cross Partner - Voluntary Cross partner can be set by the landlord, to force the property onto the cross partner page in the magazine, if your scheme is sub-regional. It should be noted that this will not count as part of the random cross partner selection.
Minimum age – is set within the defined bands. If it is set it will generate the corresponding icon in the advert.
Please note: Setting up these fields will NOT affect eligibility or priority (except in the case of the default eligibility criteria, housing list and property size).
