In some schemes a personalised freesheet can be generated for a customer. This is a list of all the available, eligible properties that a member could choose to bid for during the current bidding cycle. It is produced as a ‘pdf’ document from the icon on the top bar and is addressed with the member details. They can be generated as a bulk report (from the reports tab) or individually for members.
Once you press ‘create personalised freesheet’, it can take a few moments to generate, see below. Once generated, it can then be printed off on blank paper and given or mailed to the member. A copy is saved against the journal.
