This Tab helps you to provide information to the member about the property that may affect their bids.

Who this property may be more suitable for may be set using these parameters:

The Housing List - this may be set to Homeseeker, Transfer or Both

Sheltered - this is for either Extra Care or Sheltered

Mobility Level - using Locata's 1, 2 or 3 Mobility Levels 

• 1 - Suitable for someone who uses a wheelchair indoors and outdoors on a permanent basis
• 2 - Suitable for someone cannot manage stairs or steep gradients and who requires a wheelchair for outdoors mobility
• 3 - Suitable for someone who is mobile but can only manage one or two steps or stairs

Number of Bedrooms - how many Bedrooms are in the property

Number of Bed Spaces - how many people can fit into the property
