This contains information that the Landlord uses for administration of the property.
The fields will vary and will depend on how your scheme has been set up.
Nominating Authority - this is used by Partner RSL’s to define which local authority page an advert will appear upon. It refers to the organisation that has the nomination rights to the property.
Borough - is used by RSL’s to define the geographic location of a property. The field can contain any local authority in the country. It is used in matching when there is an agreement between a partner RSL and the local authority that the RSL tenant resides in, which allows the tenant to be treated as a tenant or homeseeker of the local authority for the purposes of bidding.
Landlord - is a free text field, which will be displayed in the advert if it is filled in. It is primarily used for non-partner RSL properties advertised by partner local authorities.
Handover date - is the expected date that the property should be available.
Latitude and Longitude - are the properties coordinates
Other Possible fields that may appear in the Admin Tab
Assign to Other Partner - depending on the agreements that your scheme has with regard to cross partner lets, the nominating rights of a property can be assigned to another partner within the scheme.
Area, Estate and Block - (along with street from the address tab) are used to generate the location information in the advert.
Landlord Code - should contain codes for all landlords (RSL’s and LA’s) to allow tracking of nomination lettings.
Withdrawn flag - and withdrawn reason are used if, in exceptional circumstances a property which has been advertised needs to be withdrawn from the cycle.
Withdrawn Reason - shows the reason for a withdrawal
