This screen shows if an advert has been grouped together with any others and if it is the advert group lead.
If it is the advert group lead, this means it will appear on the website and in the magazine or property list.
To create a grouped advert set all of the properties to appear in the same group with Advert Group set to the same number
Then set the Advert Group Lead to Yes and the others in the group to No
