The key features are the search box which makes you to search for properties before allowing you to create new ones avoiding duplication.
Searching to find properties already in the system can be done by using the reporting options and the ‘create new property’ button.
Depending on your style of advert you will see the following screens or something very similar as the controls are all the same.
