Property Records

There are two parts to a property record – the advert and the record.

Once you have selected a property, you will be taken to the property record screen.

There are several detail screens that describe information about a property. Hitting the tab buttons, as shown below, for the information you want to look at accesses them. The tab button text will be highlighted in blue when you select it, and the button will be pushed out. If there is not enough room to display all of the information on the tab in question, scroll bars will be displayed. If you have sufficient security clearance, at the top of each screen a Save Changes button is present. If you do have sufficient security clearance, and you make any changes, please ensure that you press the button; otherwise the changes will be lost! Most users find it easier to make changes using the property wizard rather than these screens.

Also on the screen there are five jump links – Advert, Dataload Audit Report, Shortlists, History and Journal.

The Advert shows you the advert wizard

The Dataload Audit Report will show the dataloads associated with the property.

The Shortlists link will display all of the shortlists for the property.

The History of events link will open the following screen, which displays all of the changes that have happened to a property. This is useful if you are investigating a particular case.

The Journal if there are any journal notes against the property will be shown.
