If you have forgotten your password, then you can click on the Forgotten Password link.
You will see the reset your password message appear. enter your partner code and click on the send email button.
When your email arrives, please follow the link and then follow the instructions.
You will be taken to the following page to reset your password.
You will then get another message confirming your reset and an ok button which will take you to the sign in page
Once entered and you have used the Reset Password Button you will be taken to the sign-in page shown below.
