LOCATA doesn't prompt Officers that when closing a case, they have open tasks. Open tasks can affect H-CLIC following case closure. Closing a case with open tasks that have H-CLIC fields shouldn't be allowed by the system. Closing cases with open tasks that don't contain H-CLIC fields should prompt a warning - you are attempting to close a case with open tasks. We frequently find tasks on closed cases that are open and this needs tightening up.
