Hi there, I hope I am not duplicating this enquiry, but have been unable to find the information required.
I am aware that applicants can upload their documents direct to the journal if requested via the PHP portal.
Can you advise if there is any way of us utilising HPA2 at the initial approach stage i.e. Triage without us having to create a PHP and send a link to the customer to request they upload their documents i.e. ID, income proof etc directly into Locata.
This would be helpful with having all documents on file prior to the initial assessment, but would also eradicate the issue of case workers being sent multiple emails that clogs up their inbox, or in the absence of case worker, having to request documents from applicant again.
Please confirm if anyone is utilising system in this way, or if system can be configured to do this.
