It would be good if could select standard sentences to add to email/ letter templates in the same way that can be done with PHPs. This would save us having to copy and paste from Word etc. and avoid the formatting issues that come with that

Hi Rupert,
You could look to edit your coms templates to include these standard sentences. Then when officers create these on a case they can delete the sentences that don't apply or you could look to use the insert formula function to display the specific sentence(s) if certain conditions are met.
