When completing a review and logging this in the system please can I have some further guidance in filling the Review Outcome box which is either a yes or no answer. It asks when hovered over ' was the applicant's review upheld' I was under the impression that if the decision under review is upheld you mark it as yes however my colleague thinks that its yes if you have overturned the original decision as you have accepted the reasons for the review.

If you're upholding the applicant's review then it means you're overturning the original decisions.
So yes = overturned
no = decision upheld
